Tbilisi 2017 - 86th International Session of the European Youth Parliament

86th International Session of the European Youth Parliament will take place in a beautiful capital of Georgia, Tbilisi between 11-19th November, 2017. The hosting National Committee of the International Session is EYP Georgia. Tbilisi 2017 is head-organised by Zurab Giorgobiani and Tamta Tsveraidze.

The Georgian Parliament Building located in Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi is the host venue for the General Assembly of Tbilisi 2017 – 86th International Session of the European Youth Parliament. We thank the Parliament of Georgia for providing the event with an incredible venue!

Ms თამარ ჩუგოშვილი / Tamar Chugoshvili, the First Deputy Chairperson of Parliament of Georgia, addressed the participants of the 86th International Session on behalf of the Parliament of Georgia, in the building of which the participants have the honour to debate their resolutions in the upcoming two days.

With his exhibition, Utkan Dora Öncül wanted to present the vision of the session in a tangible form being an exhibition. The project format allowed viewers to select and arrange the 35mm analogue pictures on view, therefore let the exhibition to grow organically during the process it was held. It empowered the viewers since they were given a creative choice which subconsciously put the session vision into a context.

During the Opening Ceremony the participants of the session had the privileged of listening to the inspiring speeches of our speakers: the EU Ambassador to Georgia - Janos Herman, German Ambassador to Georgia - Dr.Heike Peitsch, Security Council of Georgia - David Rakviashvili, Executive Director of the European Youth Pariament - Lukas Fendel, President of the session - Valentina Mina, and the Head-organisers of the session - Tamta Tsveraidze and Zurab Giorgobiani.
