Lübeck 2016 I 26th National Selection Conference of EYP Germany
The 26th National Selection Conference in Lübeck marks the final of EYP Germany’s annual selection process. The programme includes one day of teambuilding, two days of committee work, an afternoon reserved for cultural activities, and two days of general assembly.
In terms of content the 26th National Selection Conference in Lübeck will focus on different aspects of health care within the European Union. Be it the medical treatment of rising numbers of refugees, increasingly antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria or questions concerning animal health – there are many challenges worth an international approach. The EU Health Strategy "Together for Health" will thus serve as the common basis for the delegates’ discussions during committee work and general assembly. It supports the European Commission’s overall Europe 2020 strategy and provides first ideas and starting points for the development of a fair and efficient health care in the EU.
Being home to several of the world’s largest suppliers of health care-products as well as a university renowned for its medical department the city of Lübeck serves as the ideal backdrop for the 26th National Selection Conference. The session is head organised by Martti Klockemann (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you have any questions concerning this event do not hesitate to contact him.
The President of the session will be Lorenz Stree (DE), the Head of Jury Franziska Maier (DE).
